This week on NCN's Doane Coach Conversations series, Doane head football coach Jonathan Johnson discusses what went wrong in the Tigers' road loss to Briar Cliff, previews this week's home finale against Morningside, and showcases the impacts that the team's 16 seniors have made ahead of their Senior Day celebration.

Coach Johnson outlines how just a few key plays and situations made the difference in Saturday's tight 28-21 loss against Briar Cliff, a reflection of the growth the Tigers have made and are still making in 2025. Now, Doane must turn its attention to Morningside, which is once again one of the best teams in the NAIA, this Saturday afternoon in Doane's home finale. Before the game, 15 players and one student manager will be recognized for their contributions to the team on Senior Day.
