Marysville Chamber and Main Street recognizes seven award winners in celebratory banquet

MARYSVILLE, Ks. -- The Marysville Chamber of Commerce and Main Street hosted its annual banquet Saturday where they presented seven awards to community members.

The Chamber said the awards presented are more than just acknowledgments; but they are a powerful catalyst for growth and a testament to the collective spirit of enterprise. 

The awards were not merely about accolades, but symbolize the dedication, hard work and innovation that propel businesses forward, according to the Chamber of Commerce.

According to the Chamber and Main Street, by recognizing and honoring the accomplishments of those acknowledged, individual success and a culture of excellence throughout the entire community was celebrated.

Landoll Company for the Business of the Year

Temps Disposal Service for the Small Business of the Year

Maureen Crist for the Volunteer of the Year Award

Farmer and Florist for the Business Design and Beautification Award

Woody Walstrom and Kinsley Mortuary for the Outstanding Customer Service Award

Jimmy Keller for the Black Squirrel of the Year Award
