Sidney City Council to discuss fireworks ahead of Fourth of July

Will fireworks be allowed in Sidney this Fourth of July? The City Council plans to discuss the issue June 23 after receiving feedback from residents on both sides of the debate. Public comment will be welcomed before any decision is made.
