City-wide Garage Sales to headline weekend in Fairbury

FAIRBURY, Neb. -- Fairbury is set to host city wide garage sales Friday through Sunday to kick off the garage sale season. 

A map will be distributed around town with the addresses and items for sale for each of the 11 garage sales. 

The Fairbury Chamber said garage sale enthusiasts will be able to pick up the maps at several businesses around Fairbury starting Thursday.

The businesses include the Chamber of Commerce, Ray’s Apple Market, along with others.

Homeless No More Cat Rescue in Jefferson County is a sponsor of this event and said donations are accepted at any time.
