THAYER COUNTY, Neb -- A Friday evening traffic stop led to three being arrested on multiple charges.

At approximately 6:00 p.m. on March 31st, Thayer County Sheriff's Deputies attempted to make a traffic stop on Hwy 81. The vehicle then fled on County Road S while being pursued by deputies for approximately 7 miles before the driver, David Ebke stopped and was taken into custody.

During the arrest and search of the vehicle. Suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, and other proceeds of suspected illegal activity were located.

During the arrest,  34-year-old Zackery Youngs, who was known by the arrested Ebke, arrived on the scene. Youngs was also arrested on separate charges when it was confirmed he was driving an unregistered vehicle as well as driving on a suspended/revoked operator's license. Youngs was then booked into the Thayer County Jail.

As part of the investigation, Thayer County Deputies with the assistance of Jefferson County deputies served a search warrant Saturday at a home in Alexandria and found more contraband, including a stolen Polaris 4x4 which had been stolen out of Gage County.

Barbara Seefus, 58, was at the home and arrested on suspicion of theft by receiving stolen property and possession of drug paraphernalia.  Seefus was transported to the Saline County Jail.

61-year-old David Ebke was booked on  Possession of a Controlled Substance,  Fleeing in a Motor Vehicle to Avoid Arrest, Theft by Receiving Stolen Property, and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and was lodged in the Thayer County Jail.
