Collision claims life of occupant in crash north of Tecumseh

TECUMSEH - Johnson County, Nebraska authorities report a fatality in a collision that happened Tuesday, north of Tecumseh.

At 1:33 p.m. the Johnson County Sheriff's Office received a call about a two- vehicle accident which had occurred one and three-quarters miles North of Tecumseh.  Arriving emergency responders found one occupant of a vehicle deceased.

The two drivers of the vehicles were transported by ambulance to the Johnson County Hospital. Identification of the person killed is being withheld pending family notification.

The Johnson County Sheriff's Office and Nebraska State Patrol are investigating the incident.
