Teen in custody following reported robbery in Lincoln
Authorities in Lincoln arrested a 17-year-old following a reported robbery.

LINCOLN, Neb. -- Authorities in Lincoln arrested a 17-year-old following a reported robbery.
The Lincoln Police Department said they were dispatched to the area of 27th and W St. around 12:28 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a robbery.
LPD said arriving offices spoke to the 18-year-old male victim who reported being pulled from his Volkswagon Passat at gunpoint by two unknown males.
Officials said the suspects then left the area in the vehicle.
Authorities said investigators were doing a follow-up regarding the case around 12:45 p.m. Wednesday, and saw a male pumping gas into the victim's Passat at a service stations near 1st and Cornhusker.
Police said they male was taken into custody and identified as a 17-year-old male.
LPD said they searched him after arresting him and found a suspected controlled pharmaceutical amphetamine in his pocket.
Officials said the teen was transported to the Youth Detention Center at the direction of Juvenile Probation, and he was reportedly referred for accessory to robbery and possession of a controlled substance.
