PAWNEE CITY, Neb. - A search for a missing man in southeast Nebraska has turned up a body.

The Pawnee County Sheriff's Office, along with several other law enforcement outlets, were looking for Matt Kuhlmann in the Table Rock area starting Monday evening after he disappeared and was last seen in the morning.

As the search progressed into the overnight hours for Kuhlmann, who was the zoning administrator for Pawnee City, authorities planned to start a new search Tuesday morning. Some deputies stayed out until 1 a.m. Tuesday.

Before the morning search started, an update was made on the Pawnee County Sheriff's Facebook page stating Kuhlmann had been found near an area a search party had previously been looking for him.
