Surface maintenance work starting on Beatrice street sections

BEATRICE – A construction company is starting armor coating work on some City of Beatrice Streets, this week….

• 4th Street – High to Grant
• 7th Street – Perkins to Market
• 8th Street – Bell to Ames
• 16th Street – Market to Court
• 33rd Street – Cemetery Entrance to Court Street
• Ella Street – 7th to Hayes
• Scott Street - 12th to 19th

City officials are asking residents to not park on those streets during the maintenance work. Parking will be prohibited between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
