Despite being badly beaten in the April primary, Democrat RJ Neary is still insisting Omaha voters want a change in the mayor's office.

That was Neary's main talking point in his first debate with eight year incumbent Republican Jean Stothert, who picked up 57 percent in the five-person primary while Neary finished second with 16 percent.
