Jefferson County hosts grievance hearing plus public review of planning and zoning plan: initial story

Jefferson County government hosted two separate hearings Tuesday, and neither has reached a full conclusion yet.<br/>A grievance hearing will be finalized in February, and the planning and zoning regulations in March.
