BEATRICE, NEB. -After building a 9-0 advantage in the second inning, Beatrice Softball cruised to a run rule win over Wahoo on Tuesday night. 

The Lady Orange knocked off the Warriors 12-4 to score their sixth win of the season, handing Wahoo only their second loss. 

Beatrice plated five runs in the first inning, scoring four with two outs before tacking on another four in the second. Wahoo scored their only runs of the game in top of the third, with three coming on a bases clearing double by Addison Gregg. 

The ball jumped off the bat for the Lady O as Karrigan Henrichs and Tatum Tempelmeyer both homered for the first time this season. Henrichs racked up four RBI's, foing 2-for-2 with a homer and two-RBI double. 

Layla Boyko scored the win on the mound for Beatrice to improve her record to 3-1. 

Beatrice is back in action on Thursday visiting Ashland-Greenwood.
