FAIRBURY, Neb. -- Lacey Lange opened a new insurance agency in Fairbury and was supported by friends and coworkers during the grand opening.

The ribbon cutting took place in the agency on C St. in Fairbury and had cupcakes and cookies to celebrate.

Lange is an independent agent who is representing the Farmers Union Midwest Agency in Fairbury.

She represents other insurance agencies like Progressive, Liberty Mutual, Nationwide and Travelers.

“So we offer a wide variety of coverages,” Lange said. “I have home, renters, auto, commercial, about everything you can think of. I’m an independent agent so I represent multiple carriers. So I have a pretty large selection of companies to run quotes through. It’s super exciting. I feel like my dreams are coming true and I’m excited to see what the future holds.”

Lange offers a variety of coverage like farm, health, life, disability and more.

Lange's office is open Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday by appointment.
