LINCOLN, Neb. -- A man was arrested in Lincoln after he allegedly threatened three teen girls with a pocketknife.

The Lincoln Police Department said officers were dispatched to the 1200 block of F St. around 4:00 p.m. on Monday for a report of an argument between children.

Offices said they were told that one of the people in the argument was 27-year-old Trevor Wilson. Wilson allegedly threatened three of the girls, ages 13-17, with a pocketknife.

According to authorities, Wilson ran into the alley after he saw the officer. The officer reportedly followed Wilson and managed to reach him but Wilson was able to push the officer off him as he tried to flee again.

Officials said the officer used a TASER device on Wilson and restrained him until more officers came to help. Wilson was taken to a nearby hospital for an evaluation due to the use of the TASER device on him.

LPD said Wilson was medically cleared and taken to jail. He was lodged for terroristic threats, resist arrest, and fail to comply.
