Rep. Flood faces a second feisty town hall, offering constituents another chance to voice their concerns

On Tuesday night in Seward, U.S. Representative Mike Flood hosted his second town hall in the last three months. And just like March's event in Columbus, Tuesday's conversation in Seward got a little testy.
