City of Fairbury asking residents not to park on streets targeted for maintenance

FAIRBURY, Neb --   The City of Fairbury will be doing routine road maintenance October 2nd - 4th.   During this time they are asking residents not to park on the streets they will be working on.   The notice from the Fairbury City offices read as follows:  

"On September 30th – October 4th, 2024 City of Fairbury Public Works department may be performing routine road maintenance on Vine St. from 8th – 9th, City Park Rd, City Pool Dr, Horseshoe Dr, 5th St. from City Park Rd – A, Frederick St from 3rd – 4th St, 4th St. from Charles – A and 3rd St. from Frederick – A.  During this time frame, residents shall not be allowed to park on the listed streets.  We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you and appreciate your patience during the road maintenance."
