Search being conducted for missing Lincoln Regional Center patient

Man went missing during severe weather earlier this week

BEATRICE - The Nebraska State Patrol is seeking the public’s help in locating a patient reported missing from the Lincoln Regional Center, a Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services facility.

The patient, identified as 47-year-old Justin Daro of David City, was reported missing Tuesday morning. He is believed to have escaped from the center during overnight severe weather in the Lincoln area....Monday or Tuesday.

Daro is described as a white male, 5’8” tall, approximately 190 pounds. He was last seen wearing a white shirt, gray sweatpants, and white socks. His direction of travel was unknown.

The state patrol says If anyone sees Daro, call 9-1-1 and do not approach him.
