Fairbury Chamber hosts Trunk or Treat event
The Fairbury Chamber of Commerce put together a ‘Safe Trick or Treating Trunk or Treat event on Halloween night.

By News Channel NebraskaFAIRBURY, Neb. -- The Fairbury Chamber of Commerce put together a ‘Safe Trick or Treating' Trunk or Treat event on Halloween night.
The event had over 30 cars decorated with different spooky themes, including Pennywise the Clown, the Cookie Monster and a ghost.
Historic downtown square was lined up with trick or treaters ready to receive their candy all around the bricks.
Along with the other vehicles in attendance, the fire department showed up with a fire truck and an ambulance, giving out candy too.
The best decorated truck at the event won a $25 gas card from Maatsch Food Shop.
