Road work starting soon around Fairbury and Diller

FAIRBURY, Neb --  A couple of highway maintenance projects will be starting soon in the Fairbury and Diller areas.

Weather permitting, a chip seal project will start June 26th , on Nebraska Highway 15 in Fairbury, according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.

State maintenance forces will be performing a chip seal over a short stretch of the highway and the work is anticipated to take one day to finish. 

One-lane traffic will occur with the use of a pilot car and flaggers.

 

A similar chip seal project will begin June 27th on Nebraska 103, north of Diller, for about seven miles. That work is expected to take three days.
