Beatrice PD asking for public's help identifying suspect in hit and run with cyclist

A police department in southeast Nebraska is asking the public's help in identifying a hit and run suspect.

BEATRICE - A police department in southeast Nebraska is asking the public's help in identifying a hit and run suspect.

The Beatrice Police Department is investigating a hit and run that occurred on April 2 near 19th and Court St. On a security camera from a nearby bank, a white pickup truck, believed to be a GMC, can be seen colliding with a bicyclist. The pick up truck was turning north on to 19th. The crash occurred just before 4:30 pm. 

The pickup truck appeared to be carrying numerous items in the truck bed.
