SEWARD, Neb. -- A man from Ohio was arrested near Seward on Sunday for his reported connection to a Saturday murder in Pennsylvania.

The Seward County Sheriff's Office said the Interdiction Task Force performed a traffic stop on a Dodge Journey that was heading west on Interstate 80 for vehicle and traffic violations on Sunday.

Officers said the driver of the Dodge told them that he didn't have his ID. He reportedly gave officers a fake name and date of birth.

According to authorities, they looked up the vehicle's registration and found out that the registered owner of the vehicle was wanted for first degree murder in Pennsylvania.

Officials said they discovered that the driver of the vehicle was 27-year-old Darrell Harrison, of Ohio, and he was wanted for the murder of a 21-year-old man that took place Saturday morning in Pennsylvania.

SCSO said they booked Harrison at the Seward County Detention Center and he is waiting to be extradited.
