YORK, Neb. -- Bond has been set at $3 million for a York man accused of murdering his wife.
Forty-seven-year-old Bart Beutler is charged with first-degree murder and multiple felony weapon counts, stemming from a shooting Monday in which Beutler's wife Stacie was killed.
According to court documents, Beutler told authorities that his wife woke him up and confronted him.
He told police that he "lost it," pulled a gun and started shooting.
This isn't Beutler's first murder case. He was convicted of second-degree murder in 2010 in Arizona.
He's due back in court on Feb. 15.
