Mix of incumbents, new candidates voted onto Beatrice School Board

Eight candidates ran for four positions on the District 15 Board

BEATRICE – Voters have selected two incumbents and two new candidates to serve terms on the Beatrice Board of Education.  

District 15 voters gave the top position to incumbent Doris Martin, who received 2,530 votes. New candidate Brandon Vetrovsky finished second, with 2,435 votes. 

Current School Board President Eric Trusty finished third, with 1,855 votes and the fourth position was locked down by new candidate Charles Riedesul, with 1,788 votes.

Roger Aden finished just out of the running in Fifth, with 1,766 votes.  Sixth, Seventh and Eighth place candidates were Nelson Dungan (1,550), Sabrina Glynn (1,489) and Erin Chadwick (1,359).
