Beatrice baseball, soccer head coaches resign

Two Beatrice High School coaches have announced their resignation.

BEATRICE - Two Beatrice High School coaches have announced their resignation. 

Head baseball coach Chris Belding and head boys soccer coach Dave Henning both resigned from their positions on Wednesday. 

Belding led the Orangemen to a state championship in 2021 and to the state tournament in his final year, 2022. Belding served as the head coach for five years and compiled a 46-35 record. Henning served as the head boys soccer coach for three years and compiled a 17-17 record. 

In a press release from Beatrice Public Schools, the school thanked the coaches for their years of service to student athletes.
