City staff have been working diligently to locate the issue, but so far are unable to find the problem.   They have been tracking the lines, checking and trimming trees, assessing insulators, cutouts, and evaluating the other aspects of the system.

So far, efforts to find the source of the brief interruptions in service has been unsuccessful, and we apologize for the inconvenience. City of Washington personnel share in the frustrations experienced by customers.  Unfortunately, until the source can be located, it cannot be corrected.
