LSO: One injured after crashing into dump truck

LINCOLN, Neb. -- One person is in serious condition after a car accident in Lancaster County.

The Lancaster County Sheriff's Office said a driver crashed into a dump truck near 38th and Saltillo Road early Wednesday morning.

According to authorities, the driver of the car partially crossed the center line, causing the collision.

LSO said the driver of the car was taken to a hospital by medical helicopter with serious but non life-threatening injuries. The driver of the dump truck was not hurt.
