Wilber man faces multiple charges in child pornography

A southeast Nebraska man faces multiple charges for production and possession of child pornography.

WILBER - A southeast Nebraska man faces multiple charges for production and possession of child pornography. 

Kenneth Brinton, 64, of Wilber faces one charge of child pornography production from June of 2015-March of 2018. The maximum possible penalty if convicted is 30 years in jail with a number of fines. 

Additionally, Brinton is charged with September of 2016-July of 2017, another maximum possible penalty of 30 years, and he is also charged with possession of child pornography in August of 2018, which carries a maximum possible penalty of 20 years in jail.
