Lincoln woman gets multiple charges on Christmas Day
Authorities attempted to stop a speeding vehicle Christmas afternoon in Seward County.

SEWARD COUNTY, Neb. -- Authorities attempted to stop a speeding vehicle Christmas afternoon in Seward County.
Just before 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, a K-9 Sergeant from the Seward County HSI CITF-W Task Force tried to stop a westbound vehicle on I-80 for driving 83 mph in a 75 mph zone.
Authorities said the vehicle also had no license plates displayed.
The Sheriff's Office said the driver, 20-year-old Madisen Hansen of Lincoln, failed to comply and continued westbound at a high rate speed.
Officials said that Hansen reached speeds of 120 mph before exiting at mile marker 373, Goehner exit. Hansen continued northbound on 364th Road, reaching speeds over 100 mph.
Authorities said that Hansen eventually came to a stop on 364th Rd near Agnew Rd.
Hansen's BAC was determined to be .16. Due to her BAC being over .15, Hansen was charged with aggravated DUI.
Officials said that Hansen was also charged with felony operating motor vehicle to avoid arrest, willful reckless driving, operating while license suspended, and numerous other offenses.
Hansen was lodged at the Seward County Detention Center pending further court action.
