A traveler flying out of a Maryland airport packed a missile launcher from Kuwait in his checked bag in the hopes of keeping it as a souvenir. Transportation Security Administration agents at Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport spotted the inert missile launcher in a Jacksonville, Texas, man’s checked bag.
