KEARNEY, Neb. – ALLO's fiber network is now completely installed in Kearney.

According to a news release, the all-fiber internet company finished city-wide construction and installation on Monday in Kearney. Construction began in November 2021.

ALLO now provides local businesses, residents, and governmental entities with internet, TV, phone, and managed service solutions over an all-fiber network.

“Adding a fiber-optic network in Kearney means residents and businesses are future-proofed for all the evolving ways we use technology," said Regional General Manager Dave Miller. "Our goal is to enhance the ecosystem of how schools communicate with students, medical facilities with their patients, and businesses with their customers.”

ALLO was named the 2023 Best Internet Service Provider in Kearney, and was awarded Business of the Year by the Kearney Chamber of Commerce.

ALLO also recently announced the Community Connect Program, which gives ten local Kearney nonprofits free 1 GIG internet for three years.

ALLO will study the feasibility of extending its fiber network to unserved areas as the community continues to develop.
Established development areas outside the city limits are also considered.
