Cheryl (Everson) Cullison, 89, of Beatrice, passed away Sunday, March 24, 2024 at Whispering Winds Cottage in Beatrice. She was born May 20, 1934 in Lincoln to Phillip M. Everson and Maxine Elizabeth (McCoy) Everson. Cheryl graduated from Wymore High School, class of 1952. Cheryl also received her business degree from Upper Iowa University in 1981. She retired from Northern Gas Products in 1987 after 17 years of service. Cheryl and her high school sweetheart Robert Cullison were secretly married in Washington, Kansas on August 4, 1951. Cheryl and Robert had 3 sons, Robert Jr. and friend Patricia Thompson of Mesquite, Nevada, Jeffrey and wife Sherry of Beatrice, Randall and wife Beverly of Gilbert, Arizona. Survivors also include 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren; and sisters, Julie Schmitz and husband Greg of Colville, Washington and Sue Campbell and husband Bruce of Wymore. Cheryl and Bob were former members of Christ Community Church in Beatrice. She was preceded in death by her parents PM Everson, Sr, Maxine Everson, brother Phillip Everson Jr, and husband Robert Cullison, Sr. 

A memory book will be available to sign from 9 AM to 5 PM Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Harman-Wright-Mortuary in Beatrice during business hours. No public viewing. A graveside service for family and friends will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, April 5, 2024 at the Blue Springs Cemetery north of Blue Springs with Pastor Daniel Martin officiating. A light meal will be held at Christ Community Church in Beatrice following the graveside service on Friday at approximately 12:30 p.m. Memorials are suggested to the Cheryl Cullison Memorial to be used for a bench at Whispering Winds Cottage in care of the mortuary.
