MANHATTAN, KS - If there was any doubt about Nebraska’s ability to play on the road, much of that has been put to bed, at least for now.

Nebraska went into a loud, hostile Bramlage Coliseum and picked up a second straight resume boosting win, knocking odd K-State by a score of 62-46, notching their ninth win of the year.

"The thing I think we've found out about this team, it's not a group who's going to quit. It's not a team that's going to sit around and pout," Head Coach Fred Hoiberg said. "If something bad happens, they're going to try to come back in and reverse it. I'm impressed with how well we've come out and played together."

Nebraska trailed by three at halftime, but outscored the 'Cats in the second half 31-12, not allowing K-State to reach double figures until the final two minutes of the game. Nebraska also out rebounded K-State 57-30, grabbing over 20 boards on the offensive end.

Rienk Mast led all scorers, notching his fourth double-double of the season scoring 19 and grabbing 12 rebounds.

Nebraska improves to 9-2 in the win and hosts North Dakota on Wednesday night.
