Dog Days Of Summer Bike Show And Swap Meet This Weekend
Bikers from all over the Midwest will be making their way to the tiny village of Steele City, Nebraska this weekend for the Dog Days of Summer Swap Meet and Bike Show.
By News Channel NebraskaSTEELE CITY, Neb -- Bikers from all over the Midwest will be making their way to the tiny village of Steele City, Nebraska this weekend for the Dog Days of Summer Swap Meet and Bike Show. This is the 28th year for the annual free event that features hundreds of bikes on display, competing for trophies and cash prizes. The infamous Salty Dog Saloon is once again hosting the entertainment which features Monsters at Bay, the Jason Wells Band, and the Warrior Kings on Saturday, plus a Sunday Fun-day performance by Shawn Cole and friends. Steele City, Nebraska is located 12 miles southeast of Fairbury on Highway 8.
