Mayor Of Fairbury Asking Residents To Conserve Water

Due to the lack of precipitation, Fairbury Mayor Spencer Brown is asking its residents to limit their water usage.

FAIRBURY, Neb--- Due to the lack of precipitation, Fairbury Mayor Spencer Brown is asking its residents to limit their water usage.

 The City of Fairbury issued a news release today requesting residents with even-numbered addresses to limit outdoor water usage to even calendar days, and vice versa with odd-numbered addresses.
 
Mayor Brown says the situation will be reviewed by staff on a regular basis and the request will remain in effect until further notice.
