CCC-O inmate back in custody after turning himself in
A Community Corrections Center - Omaha inmate turned himself in to local authorities after having gone missing from the facility earlier in the week.

OMAHA, Neb. -- A Community Corrections Center - Omaha inmate turned himself in to local authorities after having gone missing from the facility earlier in the week.
The Nebraska Department of Correctional Services said that 40-year-old Matthew Lyons turned himself in to the Omaha Police Department Thursday night.
Lyons had left the CCC-O facility Tuesday.
He started his serving his six to 10 year sentence May 11, 2010 out of Lancaster County for possession of a firearm, possession of marijuana, and second-degree forgery. Lyons is schedule for a parole hearing in July 2023.
