The two were arrested Monday, by Beatrice Police investigators and the U.S. Marshal's Service….a few hours apart, during the morning. As to what prompted the incident...."It seems like kind of a personal issue between some juveniles that got some other parties involved that weren't really involved....just acquaintances, really."

The home, located at the southwest corner of 14th and Lincoln, was struck by more than twenty shots fired from a handgun and a shotgun in the early morning hours of August 3rd.

A lieutenant earlier said six spent shotgun shells and 16 handgun casings were recovered from the scene. No one inside the home was injured by the gunfire.
