ELKHORN - The Orangemen are still undefeated, while the girls fell 41-25 in Saturday's trip to Elkhorn.

The Lady Orange fell behind 13-2 early digging themselves a difficult early hole to dig out of. They would get within six, briefly, but that was about the closest the game would be. They did play some very stout defense, holding the Wolves, a team averaging over 75 points per game to 41 -- the fewest they've scored all year.

The boys game started out a little rocky, as Beatrice went down 14-2, but Tucker Timmerman and Elliot Jurgens kickstarted the offense. Beatrice led by one at the half and used quick cuts and passes, physical defense on the block, and good shooting to score the 51-41 victory.

The Orangemen take on Skutt this Tuesday.
