People have all sorts of excuses for things, but maybe don't blame your horse for breaking into a house. Lonnie Maddox was caught on video Thursday (July 25ht) allegedly trying to burglarize a home in Pasco County, Florida. The homeowner says when he confronted Maddox the man said that his horse broke into the house and he was just following the animal in to retrieve her. The video footage seems to show Maddox pacing the property while leading the horse and then entering the screened in porch (still with the horse) before trying to enter the front door. The homeowner called police, who eventually charged Maddox with burglary of a dwelling, and the horse was returned to its rightful owner.
