Beatrice Police deliver toys to YMCA for 'stuff the cruiser'

Families of kids in the Beatrice area will be able to celebrate the Christmas season, after another successful "stuff the cruiser" toy drive.

BEATRICE, Neb. - Families of kids in the Beatrice area will be able to celebrate the Christmas season, after another successful "stuff the cruiser" toy drive. 

Beatrice Police delivered toys to the Beatrice YMCA for the tenth year in a row. The department collected toys beginning in late November and a convoy from the police department, drove across town to the YMCA where volunteers helped unload the cruiser. 

Riders from the Beatrice American Legion joined in the convoy and toys are set to be divided up this afternoon.
