NEBRASKA -- A former University of Nebraska administrator is following his former boss. 

Ohio State University on Monday announced that it had hired former University of Nebraska CFO.

Chris Kabourek was hired by his former boss, Ted Carter. 

Carter, who previously served as University of Nebraska President, now holds the top spot at Ohio State. 

Kabourek will be the Senior Vice President for Administration and Planning at Ohio State starting Friday. 

That means the two previous people to hold the Nebraska presidential post will be in Columbus. 

Kabourek was the interim president after Carter's departure last year.

Kabourek resigned from his Nebraska position in September.
