FAIRBURY, Neb. -- Fairbury is showing signs of growth through another ribbon cutting of a new business.

Ziggi's Coffee Shop, which has been open for less than a week, celebrated its opening with the Chamber of Commerce, Mayor Spencer Brown and others.

Fairbury saw another ribbon cutting in early April, showing the growth of the town through new business.

As for Ziggi's, they say they have seen tremendous support from the community; to the point where nearly every day, the line has wrapped around the building.

“It’s been crazy," said Courtney Skoog, General Manager. "It’s definitely blown us away with some of the sales. We’ve sold out on quite a few items.”

“It’s honestly been amazing,” said Emma Ayre, Store Manager. “The support from the community. One, it’s such a happy environment here. It’s so upbeat. It’s just doing great.”

Ziggi's will have a grand opening happy hour this Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with drinks discounted to celebrate the opening.
