FAIRBURY, Neb. -- Nebraska Community Blood bank will be returning to Fairbury in early April for residents to donate blood. 

The next Nebraska Community Blood Bank blood drive will be held on Monday, April 1, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the mobile unit in the parking lot of Jefferson Community Health and Life’s North Building. JCH&L said all types are needed and that giving blood is a gift of life. 

Nebraska Community Blood bank is Jefferson Community Health and Life’s blood supplier, and the two organizations partner in Fairbury to save lives. 

JCH&L said appointments are recommended and to make an appointment, residents can call JCH&L Outpatient Services at 402-729-6851.
