Skutt goes back to back, knocks off Norris 70-63 for Class B title

LINCOLN, NEB - For the sixth time in program history, and the second year in row, the Skutt Catholic Skyhawks are rulers of Class B Boys Basketball in Nebraska.
The Skyhawks used a hot shooting performance to pick up a 70-63 win over Norris in Class B State Title game. Skutt was led in scoring by junior Brock Scholl who put up 22 points and grabbed a dozen rebounds.
Norris started the game 0-of-7 from the field, but took a brief first half lead thanks to a big game from freshman Evan Greenfield who tied Chris Garner Jr. for 15 points as the Titans team high.
Skutt pulled away in the second half thanks to a strong shooting effort, including being 78% from the field for part of the third quarter, and shot 57% from the field for the game.
