BEATRICE, NEB - Beatrice basketball picked up their tenth win of the year in the subdistrict quarterfinal. 

The Orangemen pulled away from Nebraska City in the second half to score a 63-47 win behind another big game from Crew Meints. Meints dropped 31 in the win, knocking down all four triples notched by the Orangemen on Wednesday night. 

Kalan Fritch led Nebraska City with 17. 

Beatrice now advances the B-1 Subdistrict, taking on Norris in the finals on Thursday night. Tip off from Firth is set for 6:00 p.m. Thursday.
