More sponsors donate for naming rights, at Beatrice Hannibal Park

Hiring of firm to fundraise, has generated ample private support

BEATRICE – Working through a fundraising consulting firm, the City of Beatrice has three more sponsors for naming rights, at Hannibal Park facilities.

The city council approved the arrangements Monday night.

Beatrice Community Hospital will have naming rights on field number two at the park, donating $50,000 for a ten-year sponsorship.

Olsson Incorporated is donating $1,250 a year for three years, for sponsor signage. 

Security First Bank will have their name on field to be constructed…  number 4-A, donating $52,000 for a ten-year naming right.  Previous donations were received from Pinnacle Bank and Runza Restaurants.

City Administrator Tobias Tempelmeyer says about $250,000 has been committed in sponsorships at Hannibal Park, with two more naming rights plans to soon come before elected officials.
