Semi-truck in rollover accident while hauling 65 head of cattle in York County

YORK, Neb. -- Authorities said they were called to a singled-vehicle rollover accident with a semi-truck hauling cattle in York County.
The York County Sheriff's Office said the accident happened around 4 a.m. on Interstate 80 near mile marker 348.
The semi contained 65 head of cattle, and the Sheriff's Office said that there were 15 that escaped during the accident and are still unaccounted for.
If anyone in or around the area of Road 10 and Road H see the cattle, York County Sheriff's Office asks that they call the office right away at 402-362-4927.
York County Sheriff's Office said they would like to send a "huge thanks" to Circle 5 out of Henderson and Kenny Real out of McCool Junction for helping corral and transport the remaining cattle that survived the accident.
The Sheriff's Office also thanks Hitz Towing and the Bradshaw Fire Department for their response and assistance.
