LINCOLN, Neb. -- Authorities said they arrested a 34-year-old Lincoln man for several charges including sexual assault following an assault call. 

The Lincoln Police Department said they arrested 34-year-old Ernesto Leyva on Sunday around 8:30 a.m..

Police said that probable cause was established for Leyva, and after three hours of direction, Leyva exited the home and was arrested. 

Leyva was lodged in jail for first-degree sexual assault, false imprisonment, terroristic threats, third-degree domestic assault, use of a weapon to commit a felony, and possession of a controlled substance.
