U.S. Highway work underway near Tecumseh

TECUMSEH - Work is underway on US Highway 136, east of Tecumseh…in parts of Johnson and Nemaha Counties.

The Nebraska Department of Transportation says Constructors Inc. of Lincoln will be doing culvert and bridge remodels and a pavement overlay.

Traffic is being maintained through the work location with lane restrictions, a pilot car and flaggers and temporary traffic signals.

A 12-foot width restriction will be in effect. NDOT says completion of the project is expected in September of this year.
