LINCOLN, Neb. -- Drugs were reportedly found in a vehicle and the two Lincoln men inside were cited and lodged. 

The Lincoln Police Department said officers had been getting ready to use a narcotics search warrant in the 2400 block of Lynn St. at 3:30 p.m. on Monday.

Officers said they saw 40-year-old Blake Jones show up in a vehicle and then he left a short time after. They performed a traffic stop and found Blake and 45-year-old Quincy Jones in the vehicle.

According to authorities, they searched the vehicle and found 114.7 grams of marijuana and $1,264 in cash. Officers also used their search warrant and found 3.2 grams of suspected methamphetamine.

LPD said Blake Jones was cited for possession of a controlled substance and lodged. Quincy Jones was lodged in jail and cited for possession of controlled substance with the intent to deliver, possession of money while in violation of 28-416, and driving during revocation.
