CRETE, Neb. -- The Doane men's soccer team claimed its first victory of the season, scoring a comeback win over Presentation on Thursday evening. 

Presentation snagged an early lead with a 14th-minute goal by Jaden Britts, assisted by Carlos Fenton and Norberto Montero.

Doane's Cesar Gonzalez scored at the 27-minute mark after a long pass by Jarryd Stone. This knotted the score up 1-1.

Doane grabbed its first lead early in the second half, with Hickman native Clayton Cobb grabbing the go-ahead goal off another assist by Stone.

The Tigers held on to defeat the Saints by a final score of 2-1.

Doane's Hunter Pitt collected 4 saves and Presentation's Eure Baris got 13.

The Tigers are now 1-8 overall and 1-1 in GPAC play.
